Well to start we had our first injury and stitches with boys it probable wont be the last, with boys. But we made it.

Welcome I should say, this is going to fun for me and the family. One to keep up with our friends and family, near and far. I will be calling on some of my friends for help so beware. We Mitton's are doing well. For those of you who don't know Luke cut his finger and had to go to the Emergency Room for the first with one of the boys. We had to get the dreaded stitches, 6 of them. After that it was one HUGE ordeal. His finger was wrapped to tight and when it swelled and it did it cut off circulation. He begged for us to cut off the bandage after we were told to wait. But he cried so hard Rod and I changed the bandage and too our surprise it was 5 times it's normal size. The original cut was black and has goo coming from it. Saved by our Sister Genie we took him back, it was infected and we had to be transported to another hospital. Needless to say Luke and I got to ride in an ambulance, spent 5 nights there. Yippie... Had a hand surgeon, his pediatrician, dermotologist, Wound Care team, and finally a Infectious Diease Doctor all while we were there. Didn't like first hand doc got rid of him and found new hand doc loved him( he is rhe team doc for the local hockey team here) he was able in 20 min's to figure out blood circulation had been cut off. After we were told he had an allergy to neosproin, and he had a staph infection, and may need hand surgery to save the tip of his finger. All was avoided he was put on oral med's wound care showed us how to take care of his finger and we spent one last night in the hospital to make sure med's worked and we were comfrotable. They let us go home. It was a grand day. Mind you my kids Jacob and Emilee were with our great friends the Kendall's a few night's and at home a few night's but with Emilee in school, Jacob was with Tashina and her boys loved it swimming all day. It was a trying week on all of us. We saw the hand surgeon a few days after being home said things were looking great. But now came the hard job pulling off all the dead dried skin. Which Luke pulled off all by himself and had dad or I cut it. Nad to our surprise yesterday the dead tip where he cut it fell off and now has a very little scar. Finger is down to normal size still a little red but look's 100% better. We are glad to have that behind us now.

HELP!!! I need major help with this blog I want to do all kinds of cute things pictures Tashina talked me into this and now I need

Well I officially got them off and running to school. Emilee in 3rd grade and loving every minute of it and Luke know in PRESCHOOL! He made it through his first day, just like Emilee he's testing the waters. But I know he will do just great. This is a big year for us Emilee is getting Baptized this Saturday on her birthday how cool is that!!!! The fun all begins at 4:00 at the Stake Center, we are the last ward, so if you want to come and welcome the newest member of the "Mitton family" please do so. I know Rod and I would love to see all our friends from near and far be there. She's getting pretty excited that's just about all she can talk about.

with Luke and Emilee gone in the mornings Jacob doesn't exactly know what to do with him self. He asked me this morning "where's Lukie" I said at school. He looked up at me puzzled and went along playing for a while more. And then came back and said" I miss Lukie when he come home." I wish I had a tape recorder going it was so cute. But I have to say it was almost too quite, What will I do when both boys are in school. Luke kinder and Jacob preschool, and Emilee gone all day long. Just think my house will be spotless for a few hours and then come out the toys. But I will always love and cherish them,.

If you can make it to the Baptism our family would LOVE to see you there
